This recipe uses the meat sauce in this recipe.
You’ll need:
- 100 g noodles
- 4 tbsp braised ground pork with mushrooms
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp Chinese dark vinegar
- ¼ tsp chicken broth mix
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp LaoGanMa spicy chili crisp, adjust to your taste

Preparation:

Cook noodles and drain well

Sour and spicy sauce:
Heat up 2 tsp cooking oil over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic, ginger
Add braised ground pork with mushrooms, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper, and water, bring it to a boil, then remove from the heat

Add sesame oil, chili oil, dark vinegar, chicken broth mix, finely chopped green onion, and LaoGanMa spicy chili crisp, mix well

Add noodles to the sauce

Serve and enjoy!

Sour and Spicy Noodles with Ground Pork and Mushrooms
