Ingredients

  • 100 g noodles
  • 4 tbsp braised ground pork with mushrooms
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Chinese dark vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp LaoGanMa spicy chili crisp, adjust to your taste

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Braised ground pork with mushrooms

Sour and spicy sauce:

  • Heat up 2 tsp cooking oil over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic, ginger
  • Add braised ground pork with mushrooms, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper, and water, bring it to a boil, then remove from the heat
  • Add sesame oil, chili oil, dark vinegar, chicken broth mix, finely chopped green onion, and LaoGanMa spicy chili crisp, mix well

Instruction:

  • Cook noodles and drain well
  • Add noodles to the sauce, serve and enjoy!
