Spaghetti with Bacon & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 100 g prosciutto
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Whisk 2 eggs, add Parmesan cheese, salt and ground black pepper, stir and mix well
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, when the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and few drops of oil, cook spaghetti to al dente, drain well
  • Heat a fry pan over medium heat, cook prosciutto until crisp. Transfer prosciutto slices to a cutting board. Crumble prosciutto
  • In the same fry pan, add spaghetti to the pan, then add crumble prosciutto, mix well. Turn off the stove. Pour sauce base over the spaghetti, quickly stir and mix well
  • Serve and Enjoy!
