Easy Vegetable Stir Fry Noodle

Ingredients

  • 100 g drive noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • A handful of soy beans
  • 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce optional

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Cut the zucchinis into shreds
  • Cut the pepper into slices
  • Whisk 2 eggs

Instructions:

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, once the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil. Cook the noodles, drain well.
  • Heat up a fry pan or saute pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, make scramble eggs. Once done, transfer to a plate. In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp cooking oil, saute bell pepper for few minutes, then add zucchini to continue saute, then add the soy beans to the pan, continue cooking.
  • Once the vegetables become soft, add drained noodles to the pan, add soy sauce, stir and mix well the vegetables with the noodles, continue cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Taste, then add salt or soy sauce if needed.
  • Serve and enjoy!
